Please keep your bedroom key for the whole of your stay. You must check-out of your room by 10:00 on your departure day, and hand the keys in to the Porters’ Lodge.
The Porters can advise on where to store luggage after check-out if necessary.
Please note there is a late fee of £30 if you have not vacated your room by 10:00. There is also a fee of £15 for any keys that are not returned.
