All delegate rates include the use of a meeting room, morning and afternoon refreshments and a fork buffet lunch. Residential rates include bed and breakfast and a three course served dinner.

Audiovisual Services
AV provision for PowerPoint presentations and the services of one AV technician for an eight-hour period are included in the day delegate rate.
In addition, the Audio-visual Team offers a range of additional services, including hybrid packages, audio and video recordings and postproduction. Quotations can be provided based on your individual requirements.
There is no charge for WiFi.
Miscellaneous
The conference team will be pleased to provide quotations for any specific requirements, such as marquees, stretch tents, dance floors, DJs, lighting, flowers or other decorations for social events.
